Who we are

What this page covers
This policy covers this website. It does not cover the Klerigo application itself, where a tutor or school is the controller of their students’ data and we act on their instructions under a separate agreement.
What we collect here
Only what you type into the demo form: your name, email address, whether you teach alone or at a school, an approximate student count, and anything you write in the message field. We use it to reply to you about a demo and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
The interactive exercise on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent anywhere.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing about you beyond a single browser preference: whether you chose the light or dark theme. That value never leaves your device.
We run no analytics on this site at all — no page-view counting, no session recording, no third-party tags. If that changes we will use a cookieless, aggregate measure that builds no profile of individual visitors, and this page will say so before it does. Either way you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.
Who else sees it
The demo form is delivered by Tally, which processes the submission on our behalf inside the EU. Nobody else receives what you send.
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
